I had lost track of the jackets progress a bit lately, and spent some of the weekend catching up on the blog...the jacket is almost finished! It`s a gorgeous thing to behold...go take a peek!

This and that...
I have been working on Coffin Buzz a little, but have switched back to Grateful Heart sampler for now. I don`t have much progress to show you, so here is a pic of the Plymoth Jacket project as posted on Tricia Nguyen`s blog Thistle Threads,The Embroiderers Story. Oh my goodness, this is spectacular... I want to wear it!!
I have visions of sugar plums dancing in my head over this jacket. I have entertained thoughts of trying my own jacket as I recently purchased an entire bolt of 32 ct linen cloth this past summer from my local Joanne's Fabric that clearanced it out. Guess there are not to many stitchers in Waterloo, Iowa that work on linen. Joanne's lose is certainly my gain. I think it is just a shame that after all the work that has been put into this jacket they are not going to be showing it soon due to bugeting. :(
